Founded by Justin Gilmore, AIA, Level 5 Architecture was created in response to a growing demand for a more personalized, hands-on experience with a local Mansfield architect specializing in municipal projects. Clients throughout the DFW area were seeking an architect who listens closely, prioritizes community needs, and delivers thoughtful, detail-oriented design solutions for public and civic spaces.

Justin Gilmore, a graduate of Texas Tech University (Class of 2003), brings over two decades of experience working on projects across Mansfield, the greater DWF area and West Texas, including municipal buildings, civic facilities, and community-focused developments. His approach emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with city leaders, stakeholders, and community members to ensure every project meets both functional and long-term community goals.

Level 5 Architecture is dedicated to creating meaningful spaces that positively impact communities throughout Mansfield and the DFW metroplex. Our firm provides high-quality municipal architecture services, including city buildings, public safety facilities (fire stations, police stations), community centers, parks and recreation structures, and infrastructure-related design support.
