Architectural Project Manager | Mansfield, Texas
The Project Manager at Level 5 Architecture is responsible for leading architectural projects from design through construction, with a primary focus on municipal, government, and public‑sector architecture. Reporting directly to the Principal, this role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities while managing internal project teams throughout all phases of the architectural process. The Project Manager oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, consultant coordination, code compliance, and construction administration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client objectives. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in building codes and construction documentation, and proven experience managing complex architectural projects, while supporting Level 5 Architecture’s mission to deliver high‑quality, community‑focused design solutions.

Leads architectural projects from concept through construction, with a focus on municipal and government facilities

Serves as primary point of contact between clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, and internal design teams

Manages all phases of architectural project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination

Oversees design development, construction documents, and construction administration

Ensures compliance with building codes, zoning requirements, state and federal regulations, and agency standards

Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, including architects, consultants, and project coordinators

Provides project leadership, mentoring staff, and supporting team performance and accountability

Prepares and manages project schedules, personnel projections, and consultant agreements

Supports proposal development, fee negotiations, and contract administration

Maintains consistent communication to ensure quality control, client satisfaction, and on‑time project delivery
